There is a consensus among the brokers that computer services are not the area to be in. This is curiously opposite to what the president of IBM thinks. The shortage of knowhow in what software to choose, how to install it most usefully, how to integrate it with other software, how to build a brand new system for doing some big task, etc, etc. is extreme now. Many little companies get by for a short time almost exclusively on b.s. Then the customers switch. This earns the field a bad name and it seems people are not paying attention to the individual companies. CTSH is there to stay. They have reached level 4 in competence by Carnegie-Mellon's standard. I hope to hear that they attain level 5 some day. Few companies are up to level 3. Also very few mutual funds are interested in a company with that small a float. Growth will take care of the latter problem. All fast growth gets discovered!
