Dear Share Holder,
A quick update on the activities of King:
1. We are of to a good start for the new fiscal with good order intake and
expect to
have a fantastic year.
2. Our 2000-2001 Business Plan is in its final draft and allows the company
to
institute an Investor Relations program in the near future.
3. The Directors believe KCI will be deregistered in Australia with the next
60 days,
henceforth KCI will be domiciled in Delaware.
4. The planning to move to the OTC/BB has started and we have an aggressive
time
frame that will see KCI in the USA (OTC) by the end of the year.
5. Although we not yet received the expected order from the US Govt , it is
expected
in the very near future .
I will keep you informed of any future developments.

We have received the first copies of PO requisitions from the US Govt
agency, and are being told by that agency that all expected orders will be
placed by 15 Aug .This is not hype , we will make a News release in the very
near future to confirm this..
