Troy and all, I'm concerned about the way this will play out. Before the sale of the pharm biz, CCSI was to be an initial public offering. IPOs tend to receive a lot of attention in the days leading up the the day of the start of trading. Now, is it true there will be no IPO? Aren't we going to sell pharmaceuticals, then simply change our name to CCSI? Won't this only be known by the current shareholders? Will this only help to guarantee the lack of investor interest in Catalytica, as opposed to an IPO that would attract attention? Am I off base, or do I have a valid argument? Comments please. SPB
