I can't advise on this one. I don't have any experience with stocks going through the type of dilution you're referring to. I would expect the effect of the dilution to be somewhat longer term, such as until some catalyst generates institutional buying. Granted, that may come in the form of a favorable ER, but how certain are you?

I would say that the stock's lethargy during the sector's 2 day rally is saying something. It's up to you to interpret what that is.
