I won't pretend that I understand what Scott Carney is doing with those charts <g>. The way that I look at it is that the ST investors didn't want to be holding the match when it burns down. They were out at the first top-call. It is my belief that the call was premature, but it might not matter even if it was. ALSC is sort of a hedged buy anyway. At some discount to their equity the value folks will support it.
