I received today an e-mail, as follows.

The following two letters were sent to me
and demonstrate the level of despair in the gold industry
- and create awareness of the extraordinary opportunities
that are developing as a result of the manipulation of the gold market.

"... no government, no matter how arrogant or powerful
will succeed in a worldwide market manipulation
of the magnitude we are witnessing in gold.....

... the despair that is rampant among the few
professionals remaining in the U.S. gold mining industry.
This cloud of despair is obvious in the major mining
companies but is overwhelming in the juniors.....

... the current 120,791 active claims in the state
is the lowest number of claims this late in the season
that I have ever witnessed.

... there will be wholesale abandonment of some
of the highest quality gold mining property in the world.
This property can be picked up for the cost of staking
and filing the claims with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).

I don’t believe it is necessary to explain to you
the importance of Nevada to U.S. gold production.

... my firm belief that Nevada has only begun its production cycle.

... likely become another South Africa in gold production.

... believe that come September 2000 some of the most
valuable gold mining property in the world will be up
for grabs. I am qualified and completely set up to organize
and manage this effort.....

... new claims filed in June and July continue the abysmal trend.....

... my belief that a large number of claims will be dropped
by publicly traded companies having excellent property
positions simply because they.....

... for just one such company...stock is at 3 cents Canadian
(I believe that is negative in U.S. dollars) and something
has to give at some point.

... I can instantly compare what is presently active
with what is dropped. In other words, I am extremely
well prepared to take any good ground that opens in
September very quickly.....

If you believe, as I do, that the U.S. will ultimately lose
this little gold manipulation game that they are playing
then what I am proposing is probably the highest leverage
imaginable in gold today.....

The probability of taking a known resource for the cost
of filing a few claims is the highest I have ever seen
in Nevada - it will happen!....."
