Actually, from the looks of this year's portfolio....I'd better write a more upbeat tune....like "Ghost Riders in the Sky".....or "You've Never Seen a U-Haul Behind a Hearse, Now Have You?....and if the Market Doesn't Straighten Up, You're Not Liable To Either"
