Is Micron Producing or Not?? Thread -- Dug around a bit the past few days and found some interesting tidbits at the Micron site (http://www.micronsemi.com/en/products/dram/index.html): 144Mb and 128Mb in production NOW, according to this Component Selector Guide: micronsemi.com While this data sheet suggests its' only 144Mb: micron.com Likewise these sell sheets: micron.com micron.com Meanwhile, the Kipp-ster let it slip, during another "kill the RDRAM" interview, that they are in production NOW: yahoo.cnet.com ..all the while downplaying the volume. Their FAQ section (at the web site) is also a hack job on the bus: micronsemi.com Wish these guys would get over it. They'll make money w/ RDRAM. BP
