Tom, I think VTSS is now again on the "up" cycle only to sell-off once it goes beyond $79. Although it might extend a little over last time as far as price concerned depending on when actually the market started to turn lower.
It seems that we might have to buy a bit on fundamentals and sell a bit on technical and keep increasing the core holding without "burning" a hole in the wallet.
