.18 whisper? Sounds like a lot of folks are trying to short Cisco and/or pick up shares cheap...why would one assume .03 over estimates? When was the last time Cisco did that? At least 2 years ago (or longer...).. I saw Art Hogan and Finnity talk up an .18...strange, given they are mostly in the bull camp and try not to set ridiculous expectations.......not saying it can't/won't happen....but that seems a stretch for sure...given Cisco's past EPS history...
