Claus, I also trade with e-trade, and have only had a few minor misunderstandings on the way this system works. example Yesturday i set my computer to sell 500 shares of creaf at a limit price. I called e trade at work to see if the sell went through(automated phone system). To my surprise two trades occured. one for 455 shares and another for 45 shares thus two commissions. I assumed that I would sell the 500 shares i one lot...wrong. There is an option in the system I could have used that would have only sold my shares in one lot, but I didnt think it was necessary. other than minor learning experiences with them I think they are fine. mike
