sure seems like they should be down south...like you said, most of the activities seem to stem from there. as i mentioned previously, the addition of bergeron was key in the sense that sunguard was a publically traded company. furthermore, the change in their accounting policy relating to intangible assets and their amortization policies conforms with u.s. gaap; although the statutory financials are reported in cdn gaap. slowly but surely things are pointing towards a u.s. listing. they have spoken about this for the last 3-4 years but with the number of acquisitions, i'm sure management had other priorities. we'll see...
