DataMirror plans to trade on Nasdaq

Mr. Nigel Stokes reports
DataMirror has applied to have its common shares listed on
the Nasdaq National Market.
Commenting on the application, Nigel Stokes, chairman,
president and chief executive officer of DataMirror
Corporation, said: "This is the next step in DataMirror's
evolution as an industry-leading software company. A listing
on Nasdaq will help DataMirror further increase visibility
and coverage in the United States, which is currently the
largest market for the company's software products, and will
provide United States investors with greater access to the
company's shares."
DataMirror has applied to have its common shares listed on
Nasdaq under the trading symbol, DMCX. The company's
common shares are currently listed on the Toronto Stock
Exchange under the symbol, DMC.
