Here's another tidbit from 1998 (3rd Q Report).
'Both Scimitar and its independent engineering consultants estimate oil-in-place at Issaran to be in excess of 400 million barrels of heavy crude oil. Cumulative production, to date, is less than 1 million barrels. Once fully developed, Canadian heavy oil experts have determined that Issaran could produce up to 20,000 barrels of oil per day using technologies that have been developed in western Canada."

What's changed since then? More production, price of oil is significantly higher, still no debt and Thermal recovery (western Canadian technology) about to begin.
