What I meant by targetting in Rio's case is tying them up. The play for North is an example. Creating untenable partnerships is another example.
I'm still holding 90% of my WSP. The thing that makes me nervous is a comment by Harcro: "... DB will keep whatever number of shares are tendered and engage in a lengthy battle of attrition."
