In late July and early Aug, three SC13D's were filed with the SEC after the merger with TV Guide. News Corp Ltd of So. Australia (wholly owns Sky Global Networks)owns 87,465,738 shares or 21.3% of GMST Liberty Media owns 87,465,738 shares or 21.3% of GMST Henry Yuen owns 33,375,556 shares or 7.7% of GMST From the number and percentage of shares owned there are now 411 million shares of GMST after the merger with TV Guide
