Hi Laurie,

I have sent an e-mail to John to take over to Catherine's office, with a list of questions including asking for a summary of their agenda over the next month. This includes Barrick's plans also. I have also asked her to verify whether E.C. has ever contacted anyone from the company other than John. I asked how far the deep drill hole was from the border with Cerro Blanco. When the D.D. holes that Barrick drilled will be out. How it is that Barrick only drilled 37 holes in all that time. The question of the legality of Barrick being able to withhold drill results that would materially affect the stock, such as the D.D. holes drilled in the last program. I then asked him to have her phone me when she has looked the questions over so that I may post on the thread. I also know that Zaunscwerb will be putting out the updated report before month end. John told me that yesterday. I will post when I get the information.

Yes I agree it's an ouch as I had averaged up also. Howeve,r I know that it will be returning to higher levels once some of this news comes out. Would have been nice to know this in advance and been able to sell higher and buy back now. But that is 20/20 vision and I would not want to take the chance to be offside when they halt for news. I have been in this for the long haul anyway, so a while longer won't hurt. I think we will be well rewarded in the end. It just seems like a long time, but in the life of a mining play, it is actually short.

Cheers

Shirley
