Yep you got that right then. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole dummie run at North, and possibly at Ashton too was devised for that purpose alone, but I think it will backfire on them. Don't worry about Halcrow's comment he's just postulating, based on zero facts. Doesn't hurt to consider all the angles, but we just have to wait to see what evolves. One thing is very sure in my mind and that is that Wsp ain't going to change hands at $4.25 per share.

From my reading of the DeBeers document if they subsequently pay a higher price for shares after the first go around they have to give everybody the increased price anyway, But I think it'll be closer to 5% than 50%. The do seem to have trouble with their decimal points.
