I think there are a lot of smart people out there who could do all those things for lot less. I think the pay packages for corporate big shots are getting out of hand. The real contributors (people who invent new technologies and products) are the ones who deserve more bonuses yet the money always goes to the bean counters and other administrators. That's the reason most of the new start-ups are much more successful than big companies like LU.
