Hitachi Small Form Factor Flash White Paper: semiconductor.hitachi.com Hitachi Semiconductor website: semiconductor.hitachi.com You can see in the table on page 6 that Hitachi pays no royalties on their MMC or their CF cards. Possibly they are cross-licensed with Sandisk somehow. What does Hitachi have that Sandisk needs/uses? wily
