       This is fairly significant news wouldn't this board agree? BMC partnering with MSFT on the .Net initiative is a solid      endorsement and from a company that has been mainframe focused in the past.

       BMC Software Teams With Microsoft to Deliver Tightly Integrated and Manageable Customer Solutions Based On      the      Microsoft.NET Enterprise Servers
       BMC Software Inc. (Nasdaq: BMCS chart, msgs), the leading provider of e-business systems management, today      announced that it has been selected by Microsoft to be a member of Microsoft's Global Enterprise Partner group.
