This is fairly significant news wouldn't this board agree? BMC partnering with MSFT on the .Net initiative is a solid
endorsement and from a company that has been mainframe focused in the past.

BMC Software Teams With Microsoft to Deliver Tightly Integrated and Manageable Customer Solutions Based On

announced that it has been selected by Microsoft to be a member of Microsoft's Global Enterprise Partner group. As
a member of this group, BMC Software is one of a limited number of partners who will work closely with Microsoft
