"Look at the debt assumption features as well."

Ray- I probably didn't make my point to clear. I was simply looking at the market cap of NPNT today. And $800 million in substantially less than half of it. Yet VZ is able to obtain over a 50% interest. This is what made me make my general statement about what NPNT really believes it's own company is worth. Debt doesn't enter into the equation if you look at it from this perspective. At least I don't believe it does....let me see what NPNT stock price is doing today....well nothing really.

I suppose NPNT board might be saying, "Well maybe it was worth giving up more than half, for less than half, because we are now in bed with VZ." -MikeM(From Florida)
