Mindmeld: Give me a break! Crisco does this crap EVERY SINGLE QUARTER (always have and always will - they have to!). Issue toilet paper for acquisitions (of companies with money losing revenues), include their revenues, and exclude their costs of generating those revenues all the while keeping the $52 bil in compensation expense (er: options) off the income statement. "That's why all the analysts of any note will exclude acquisition costs." BS. The anal cysts do it because Crisco is an investment banking whore and they are the pimps. Those dozens of acquisitions generate monsterous investment banking fees which is what the anal cysts are really there to facilitate.
