Wart,

Rule of thumb for IL violators that break below the ACT:

Subtract the % from ACT to low from expected RR.
ADTK went about 15% below the ACT so the expected RR is reduced from 55% to 40% putting the target at just over 37.

KEI's RR target was "adjusted" to just over 67 by its break below the ACT.

Stocks that go well over the IL tend to skid past the ACT when they drop. Those that make a quick visit just over the IL generally behave better when they return to the ACT.

DGX may have put in a top today. Still plenty of downside to wait for confirmation by way of a 6/30 trendline break currently around 97.
