Issued 9,233,325 + 2,000,000 warrants that came with the private placement last April + 2,500,000 shares for the Eximad (emeralds) acquisition + options give about 14,000,000 shares.

I am optimistic that we will see higher prices soon. There is a lot of foreign interest - private placement is going to foreign investors from the news.
