I am just wondering if BRCM shorts covered today - what a great day to cover a short position - with Cisco's earnings as solid as ever, being short is probably not a bright idea.

A CUBE acquisition would be accretive to earnings and would help BRCM consolidate it's position in the set-top box market. Would probably pop the stock to $300 or so.
