Floyd - interesting article, but off the point. Iseson is, apparently, not a registered broker - he's just a fund manager. Now, while Stephen is also a fund manager for the Barbary Coast Capiral Management thingamabob, he is ALSO a registered broker for Blackbeard Securities, LLC - and THAT is the primary difference in these situations.

Whereas the SEC may not have any hard and fast rules about fund managers posting to intenet message boards with full disclosure, I'm afraid that - at least for the NASD - there are regulations that explain the methods by which a registered broker can communicate with the puiblic, especially via internet message boards.

I posted some of those rules to you earlier, so you should check them out.

Incidentally, I looked up Iseson via NASDR, which is where I determined that he wasn't a registered broker - but I only had this Blue Water fund to use as a variable. Did you find out differently? Is he a registered securities broker?
