Hello Elizabeth,

I have a question for you to ask JMAR's management. At what stage is the x-ray lithography program currently at. If you look on JMAR's web site the several stages of the program are laid out. The first stage is the 30W system. The second stage is the 90W x-ray source. The final stage is the demonstration of a 90W PXS beta system. The final stage includes 1) engineering development of the laser and x-ray generator subsystem to ensure full compliance with the semiconductor standards and regulations;2) intergration with an aligner; and 3) installation at a semiconductor manufacturer beta site.

In JMAR'S latest lithography press release they stated that " This new contract funding should enable us to complete a four beam system before the end of the year to power a viable, entry level production lithography device..

Is this the second stage or final stage??? thanks
