Jorj, I don't know why nuan went up today... earlier I was thinking it was a short squeeze since it stalled at 170ish (old high) and speechworks was not participating. Plus the huge number of short posts on all the investment boards. But then, it blew through 172 to 177. There goes that theory. LHSP was trading down today while NUAN was up out of the gate. I am fairly confident that LHSP has no bearing on nuan or spwx trading patterns. Right or wrong the mkt thinks existing mkt share is irrelevant. Maybe LHSP installed base is non-internet? I'm getting more bullish on ivr as I go. Another ariba-partner in the enterprise wants ivr xml expertise I noticed today. THe board is strictly top-tier although the company has 20 people only. Everytime I see those verizon commercials where you obviously have to scroll through this teeny screen to get the weather I wonder what the alternative to vr is.
