What do they call that in legal terms? "prima facie" case? or is it "res ipso loquitor". On "The Practice" they said that res ipso loquitor means "it speaks for itself". So we will use that one. Oh, so you're a lawyer now??? Or you just saw somebody play one on TV .... Scumbag! <g> (I've been waiting to use that on somebody else for awhile now...) Since you can be a lawyer, I can now be judge and jury. Mr. McKie, the judge and jury have determined that you are losing and cannot hope to recover in this case. NEXT CASE!!!
