433 would be 2/3 of 650 but I suppose "even" multiples might not matter. It would be interesting to know what the power draw is at the reduced clock/voltage (assumed).

Would someone have already made notebook motherboards for Durons... since mobile Durons are a 4Q item this would require planning ahead and we haven't been overwhelmed with the apparent planning ahead progress recently.

Maybe they just got confused with K6-2+ (seems really unlikely) but 433 seems slow even for a K6-2.
