Well, their inventory turns would go down and the inventory levels go up if they are stocking components to protect themselves against component shortages. Remember that everyone has been screaming about flash memory and optical component shortages. Cisco is THE company when it comes to supply chain management, so they are probably just making sure that they don't lose out on potential sales due to shortages in key parts.
