Gut, probably all of the semi's have sell indicators. The SOX is sitting close to the 200 day moving average and it all relies on AMAT. KLIC gave a warning that equipment sales might be down, so AMAT will be watched very closely. My point is the numbers and guidance will likely be very good even though I don't believe this says anything about the state of the cycle. The SOX is going one way or other (you could argue the NAZ also) and it seems to me AMAT will set off some serious momentum in the SOX. I think I'm going to play the upside, but I'll make a instinct call near the close tommorrow.....
