Aus- forgive me for not going throught the 10-K's in detailbut I thought that the MMC was an SNDK idea from start to finish and that they then JV'd with Siemens to give the whole project more profile and a good initial boost.

Worst way I figured the project belonged to the JV and SNDK gets half.

Are you saying that there is no IPR in the MMC that SNDK can rely on to earn royalty income or license fees?

Or is it that SNDK does own the IPR in MMC but has a license with Hitachi for CF which may have included or diluted SNDK''s ability to apply royalty income to the MMC chip but only in the case of Hitachi because the SNDK/Hitachi license agreement didn't anticipate the MMC and therefore Hitachi are standign on that agreement and may get MMC fro free?

I hope the question is clear. I like to see our old confident Aus out there in front sseing off doubters with a blast of very well educated detail.

best regards,
