Doing a bit of far fetched speculating here. If the event below comes to pass, would the Sony device in the Focus be running Palm OS? Quotes from an article on car makers in today's online wsj:

"Overall, today's youth culture is more complex and market-savvy, given the range of technology and media at kids' fingertips. Music, fashion, sports, entertainment and technology are all relevant selling points to young drivers. To tap that market, Ford, has repackaged its Focus ZX-3 hatchback, which sells for just under $13,000, to include a more powerful engine, a compact-disk player and 15-inch aluminum wheels as standard equipment."

--- small snip ----

"Going forward, Ms. Roehm says Ford will expand on ties to nonautomotive brands popular with young buyers. For instance, the company is just launching a Kona Mountain bike edition Focus, and might consider doing another Sony-branded Focus with cutting-edge Sony information and audio technology."
