Important Note for Expo Attendees
I have talked to the hotel several times in the past week to make reservations for our dinner. I have made reservations for 20 people. Please Note: The main atrium area bar (where we met last year) is closed for renovations. In addition, the restaurant where we ate last year is also closed for renovations, but the other restaurant (and sports bar) is open. For our group, they have tentatively agreed to open up one of their conference rooms for us to meet. They will provide drink service in this room and may even set up tables to serve dinner there, as well. Otherwise, we'll simply move over to the restaurant for dinner. They will be confirming these plans to me by the end of the week. Just wanted to provide advance notice of this change to reduce confusion...
Dave had a great suggestion for our meeting. Does anyone happen to have a box of those name tags? You know, the ones that you write your name on with a permanent marker and stick them on your shirt. This would make is much easier to talk to one another without constantly trying to remember who's who...
