Infospace is rolling out their service where you can plug in upc codes into web appliances....I am not sure if there is a market for a web appliance though unless it is really cheap and they have wireless hook ups so you can put them all over the place.....I just hooked up an imac using an airport as a second location using high speed access without any additional wires or modems...now that is the kind of wireless performance they need to make happen over handheld devices.
