Perk: You have succinctly expressed the views of most shareholders
(IMO). The original press release's implications are at wide variance
with the "clarification" issued a few days later. I for one am spit-
ting mad, because I am now sitting with an approximate 20% loss. I
imagine many other lurkers are as well. Although there appears little
doubt the technology works, the company appears, whether willingly or
not, desirous of "hype" followed by uncertainty. Does anyone know the
phone number of the company in Denver? I would like to call the
President and vent my spleen!

Further, I agree, Jon Vaux should resign, and anyone else who was part
of this fiasco. However, as this is not Japan, I don't see any
resignations on the table. Perhaps the SEC should look into this
public relations debacle for possible violations of securities laws.

Regards,

Jeff Williams
