I've been told by tech support that Verizon will offer their service to anyone with a Novatel Minstrel Wireless Modem, but they have not finished testing the Novatel Wireless Modem for the Palm V and they do not offer tech support for it at the present time. Moreover, Verizon is presently not offering any discount in regard to the purchase of a Novatel Wireless Palm V modem, as they do for the Palm III or IIIx.
