"With Dell Computer Corp. (Nasdaq: DELL) expected to report lower-than-expected earnings for the third straight quarter" I know what is meant by that but it still seems like a contradiction in terms. "expected to report lower-than-expected...". I finally got level 3 options privileges. I was going to buy an '02 or '03 bull call spread with the last check I sent to my broker but I didn't have the rights yet, so I sold a Jan '01 100 call that I owned and bought a 70. I think for my next options purchase I'll buy a '03 50 and sell an '03 120 short. My maximum upside is lower then buying 01 calls, but my break even will be lower and I will have almost 2 1/2 years before the options expire. Tim
