What seems to have dampened enthusiasm is the PVO has stated that they will not conclude the deal with Patriot unless and until Patriot has established a new line of credit with IBM. Obviously Patriot is doing this deal PVO because they need cash and we do not know enough about the financial strength of Patriot, which apparently PVO views as needing that credit line from IBM. I doubt there is any great mystery in the price of PVO than that. Regrds, Ogi
