Ogi, I find it a bit hard to buy into the idea that the IBM credit issue wasn't known and part of the negotiations prior to the initial announcement. The more I think about it, the more convinced I become that Kaiser's $2.50 pre-slit price call wasn't welcome in terms of the agreed upon Dundee PP pricing. If I'm wrong, I'm about to take a bath since I have added shares sub $1.10. Only time will tell ...
