Thanks for the information Rob. However, having been involved with internet services since 1988, I feel I must say that "presentation" is awful. First, especially for a site that is trying to market a product, flash technology should never be on the home page, and it'seven worse if there is not an option to bypass it and get to some real content. It took over 20 seconds to download the tras ... er flash here over a T1 connection. Most people still access the internet via modem ... which would require a visitor to the site to sit there for several minutes wondering what thing of value they might get to see. Secondly ... the thing of value ... sure isn't in this very simplistic "presentation". No content. No information. probably took less than 30 minutes to create. Hopefully someone from the company will read this and get a clue.
