Theft? Fraud? Buried on page 12 Tender Offer Price over $3 until second Quarter 2000, whereas 1998 was $39 or more. Have Not the OLIM Board sold out fiduciary duties owed to the rest of us shareholders not to let Bertlesmann take this whole company for a song? I say file Dissenters rights to get more than their insulting $3, and then lets get a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT going against them. Where are the Attorney Generals (US and States) when this happens? Compare this to their annual statements and quarterly earnings reports and the management ought o be sued, not rewarded, for every penney they have got. DON'T BE STUPID AND AGREE EVERYTHING IS GREAT BY GOING FOR THE TENDER OFFER, tell them to do their job, they have conflicts and should not be allowed to vote heir INSIDER SHARES at all on these deals.
