Yaacov -- With no more rate increases inevitable, low unemployment, inflation next to zero, and this qtrs eps good there is nothing to fear for awhile. By the end of the 4th qtr when the last 2 increases are felt (75 basis points) there may be an impact on earnings and REVs but should be clear until then without something stupid happening.. so,, do not wait too long or it will pass you by and maybe get confident at the high. Some of the depressed issues are looking good now..
