$4MM investment doesn't represent a shift in biz? What was spent on ghana last yr? $1MM +? Looks like a shift to me. Do they have planned more than $1.5MM US in spending this yr for Ghana -I doubt it. That disclaimer hopes to get them around a halt form the CDNX for a change. Takes a lawyer to dream up that one. Well at least they acknowledge that there is 'gold' in recycling. LOL. CDNX is probably to busy witht he OTC merge to analyse all this.
