If you are concerned about the environment, prescription drug benefits and campaign finance reform, why would
you vote for the administration that has failed to do anything about them for eight years?

The administration has done something about them. Clinton has issued several executive orders which protect the environment. Clinton has asked the Republican Congress for a prescription drug benefit. They have refused to enact one. Clinton and Gore and McCain have asked for campaign finance reform. The Republican Congress has not acted. The Clinton administration has led on these issues. The Republican Congress has frustrated his leadership with filibusters and games with the rules. The leadership will be well publicized during the Democratic Convention and will be discussed in the campaign.
