Joe, I don't think we should celebrate prematurely (re: Mustang x86-64 rumor), I do think something good will be announced. Although we could need some celebration (too much bad news the last few days), I think of two possibilities: a) Official x86-64 announcement. Some more insights in AMDs 64 Bit strategy, maybe some more Sledgehammer details. b) Official Mustang announcement with the revelation that it will support x86-64. Outline of AMDs 64 Bit strategy including the Mustang. I have to admit that a) is much more likely but b) doesn't seem to be out of the question (especially with the rumors from The Register). But if a) is true I'm wondering why AMD would announce more details via a teleconference over a year before the official introduction of Sledgehammer. Oh well, I guess we just have to wait until tomorrow... Andreas
