1. Shelly Finkel told Flattop the Mike Tyson vs David Izon clash will be rescheduled from September 8. A new date will be announced shortly. This was confirmed by Izon attorney Fred Levin. At this point, Izon has signed for the fight, Tyson has not.

2. Freeda Foreman will make her network television debut on CBS' "48 Hours," airing at 10 pm ET/PT. Freeda will be featured on a segment about the daughters of boxing's world champions entering professional boxing.

3. Main Events' Gary Shaw says the chances of a November Mike Tyson vs Andrew Golota clash are 99%.

4. Shane waiting for Oscar

WBC welterweight champion Shane Mosley said last night in Las Vegas that negotiations for a rematch with Oscar De La Hoya were ongoing. Mosley was optimistic that the rematch would take place, saying "We're waiting to see what they want to do." Mosley also talked about the first fight with De La Hoya. "In the mid rounds, my back was getting tight but I saw Oscar tiring and knew I could take him in the later rounds."
