Mike,

Nigeria was scary -- Luckily, we found that dirty magazines worked as good as cash there with all the numerous border guards and roadblock strongmen. ".....and what do you have for me???" was how you were greeted by many of these imposing men in uniform casually slinging automatic weapons around.

Re: LR. They have very positive cash flow and are paying down debt steadily. From a recent press release:"...The debt has been reduced by over $80 million since our spin-off from Harris Corporation in November 1999. In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2000, the debt was reduced from $678 million to $650 million."

I don't think it's the worlds greatest company, but it's being priced like it's going out of business tomorrow.
